b. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 

c. Perishable items, such as cigars, must be unopened and in their original seal.

b. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the refund request. 

c. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the process. 

3. Refund Process 

a. Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. 

b. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. 

c. Please allow five business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. 

4. Return Shipping 

a. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

b. If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

5. Exclusions 

a. We cannot offer refunds on items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged. 

b. Gift cards, promotional items, and personalized products are non-refundable.
