I want to pass on a thanks and a bit of gratitude.
I’ve previously bought cigars from Trident Military Cigars and had excellent customer service from your team at that time.
Where I want to offer thanks is to one of your colleagues Nicole. At the weekend I ordered a tin of Petit Panatela cigars unbeknownst to me, my phone glitches and I ended up ordering two tins. I don’t know if it’s standard procedure or she was just on top of her games but she emailed me at 2000 hours to see if I meant to order two, I was surprised at your team working so late. Then when I said no and asked for a refund she got that sorted straight away. Which was great and to have staff working and resolving issues so late at night is amazing.
I just thought it was a great service and by Nicole’s work saved me some money however probably not in the long run as I’ll definitely be getting more cigars in the near future.
I knew your team were customer and community focused before but Nicole’s actions in my eyes demonstrates that more.
